CyipCO refers to the global organisation, and may refer to one or more, of the member firms of CyipCO Joint Venture members, each of which is a separate legal entity. The data controller collecting and processing the personal information provided by a visitor to cyipco.com or cyipco.eu or cyipco.de or cyipco.ze or cyipco.gr (“Our Site”) is the CyipCO member firm in the visitor’s country or another CyipCO member firm to which the visitor has submitted their personal information.

This statement, set forth below, is our privacy statement for the global organisation of CyipCO firms and other entities within CyipCO. Here we describe the practices we follow to respect the privacy of all visitors to Our Site.

CyipCO Client Portal

If you have been given access rights to CyipCO Client Portal by your CyipCO contact, we would recommend you take note of the full privacy notice associated with this service. You will have access to the notice once you log onto CyipCO Client Portal. The information collected at registration is protected using industry-standard encryption technology as it is sent over the Internet.

If you register on Our Site, your personal information will be stored in our customer relationship management (CRM) system. Data of registrants who have been out of active use for 18 months will be deleted from our CRM system.

If you have opted out for receiving future CyipCO publications, your contact details will remain on our opt-out list to prevent that you receive any further publications from CyipCO.

Special categories of personal data

CyipCO does not intentionally collect any special categories of personal data (sensitive personal information) via its sites.
